Job Description

Accenture is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Service Delivery New Associate to join our expanding Talent Acquisition and HR Delivery Operations squad in Pune. This entry-level position is focused on supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintaining data accuracy within human capital dashboards, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Talent Acquisition Operations: Support recruitment operations by coordinating candidate sourcing pipelines, organizing interviews, and updating tracking statuses to build a strong workforce.
  • HR Lifecycle Administration: Execute foundational processes to implement the company's HR Delivery Strategy, ensuring a smooth operational experience across all employee career phases.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Organize and update daily candidate profiles and operational data repositories using Microsoft Excel to maintain complete information integrity.
  • Reporting & Visual Documentation: Compile routine performance data and create scannable, high-quality progress updates using Microsoft PowerPoint for delivery reviews.
  • Problem Solving via Precedent: Resolve routine, low-risk exceptions and operational tasks by strictly applying established guidelines and referring complex roadblocks to your direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Core Skill Set
