HR Service Delivery New Associate – Talent Acquisition at Accenture is an entry-level HR operations opportunity for graduates with 0–1 years of experience. The HR Service Delivery New Associate will support candidates and customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats while ensuring interactions and cases are accurately recorded. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from candidates and customers.
- Log cases and customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
- Provide recruitment support to fresh applicants and rehire candidates according to defined processes.
- Provide navigation and self-service portal support to customers.
- Perform required security verification in accordance with company policies and GDPR guidelines.
- Make outbound calls when required under client and company guidelines.
- Maintain productivity while meeting call and data quality standards.
- Follow client-defined and internal processes and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams using standard procedures.
- Work toward defined SLA targets and business outcome indicators.
- Maintain process repositories, DTPs, knowledge bases, and SharePoint content with current information.
- Communicate regularly with peers and supervisors to support team objectives.
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations through effective service and call handling.
- Maintain punctual attendance and follow organizational policies and procedures.
