Quality Analyst (Portuguese/German/Japanese/French/Korean/Spanish)

TaskUs is seeking a Multilingual Quality Analyst to support global campaigns from their office in Airoli, India. The Quality Analyst acts as an operational pillar, monitoring transactional interactions to guarantee a world-class customer experience across various client workflows. Core responsibilities include auditing user interactions based on set Quality Guidelines, exceeding client-mandated performance KPIs, and evaluating services via a continuous improvement framework. Candidates must demonstrate professional fluency—both written and verbal—in at least one specified language (Portuguese, German, Japanese, French, Korean, or Spanish). Additionally, candidates must possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, operate comfortably under pressure, manage strict data confidentiality protocols, and maintain clear typing speeds of 30 to 35 words per minute.
