Instructional Designer - ValMo Training

Meesho is hiring for the Instructional Designer - ValMo Training role within the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team in Bangalore, Karnataka. The F&E team works to help Meesho deliver a world-class experience to customers by solving large-scale e-commerce logistics problems.

In this role, you will create compelling designs across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visual solutions that communicate clearly and engage our audience. We are looking for someone with a strong visual aesthetic and a passion for design.

This position is open to freshers. You do not need prior work experience to apply. You should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

You will get hands-on experience with real-world design challenges at scale. This role gives you exposure to how a large e-commerce operation functions behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing visuals for digital and print platforms
• Collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams
• Turning concepts into clear, engaging designs
• Ensuring design consistency across customer-facing materials
• Supporting training and communication materials for the ValMo team
• Following brand guidelines while exploring new ideas
