IT Customer Service Representative – Windows Desktop Support

Accenture is hiring an IT Customer Service Representative in Bengaluru for a full-time Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support Associate position. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and desktop transformation.

In this role, you will support production systems, participate in problem-solving activities, and help ensure that IT services remain available and operational. You will also contribute to incident and outage resolution, service restoration, disaster recovery procedures, and data retention practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production systems and help ensure their availability and smooth operation.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to technical issue resolution.
• Assist with incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures.
• Follow and maintain appropriate data retention practices.
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management to support end users and IT operations.
• Contribute to desktop transformation activities and related technology initiatives.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

• Prior experience in related technical support skills is advantageous.
