Java Angular Lead

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly analytical and leadership-driven Java Angular Lead to drive full-stack application development, framework modernization, and team governance within our Application Development and Maintenance service line in Pune. This role demands a strong mix of core backend engineering with contemporary frontend single-page application (SPA) architectures.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Client Consulting & Architecture Verification: Interface directly with enterprise clients to map business requirements, validate full-stack application architecture designs, manage risk mitigation planning, and secure high customer satisfaction metrics.
• Full-Stack Software Engineering: Lead the end-to-end design, code generation, and deployment of scalable software using Core Java, object-oriented concepts, and advanced data structures.
• Backend Spring Ecosystem: Configure and secure microservices architectures using the Spring Boot platform, including Spring Data, Spring MVC, and Spring Security mechanisms.
• Frontend Angular Implementation: Oversee clean component design, state management, and API data consumption frameworks using modern Angular (Angular 2+) frontend systems.
• Project Sizing & Quality Control: Participate in project estimation matrix definition, drive comprehensive code reviews, manage unit test verification plans, and carry out Java performance tuning to resolve production runtime errors.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and upskill a cross-functional squad of software developers, promoting a culture of continual knowledge management while maintaining compliance with organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 9 years of robust technical track record as a full-stack engineer, incorporating a minimum of 3 years of dedicated team handling or technical mentoring experience.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Extensive experience utilizing standard IDE platforms like Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA alongside relational database management systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication attributes to bridge technical complexities for cross-functional stakeholders, high attention to quality control, and strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities.
