M365 Solution architect

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly competent and strategic M365 Solution Architect to lead large-scale enterprise deployments, handle cloud infrastructure migrations, and build secure modern collaboration frameworks across our key technology delivery hubs in India.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Enterprise Cloud Architecture: Define the roadmap, structural policies, and architectural standards for Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystems, ensuring highly scalable and resilient enterprise operations.
• Data & Tenant Migration: Architect and execute intricate data, mailbox, and tenant migrations specifically tailored for organizational restructuring, entity rollouts, and corporate acquisitions.
• Security & Compliance Management: Configure advanced platform parameters including Conditional Access Policies, Microsoft Intune device management, e-Discovery workflows, and endpoint security rule-sets; drive active vulnerability and risk closures to meet corporate audits.
• Automation & Incident Engineering: Identify automation opportunities for repetitive administrative tasks, handle service outages, and build cross-functional mitigation workflows with partner technical teams.
• Disaster Recovery & Capacity Planning: Develop comprehensive testing scripts and continuity scenarios covering normal and degraded operations (e.g., data recovery, spills, and disaster recovery) to validate system tolerance, data integrity, and capacity limits.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Core Technology Domain Mastery: Comprehensive operational command over the full M365 application stack, incorporating Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and specialized messaging filtering layers (Whitelisting/Blocking).
• Professional Capabilities: Proven track record in project management, technical resource mapping, process optimization engineering, and writing strategic status reports for upper management.
• Team Collaboration: Strong consultative communication skills to handle stakeholder engagement, resolve cross-functional project conflicts, and mentor implementation engineering teams.
