Marketing Engagement Associate

Accenture is seeking a data-driven Marketing Engagement Associate to join its digital marketing division in Mumbai. The primary goal of this role is to help clients optimize their marketing processes, navigate campaign complexities, and drive overall performance and operating efficiency at scale using cutting-edge content and technology services.

Core day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities revolve around campaign execution, digital tool management, and budget tracking. Working as part of the Digital Marketing team, the associate will assist in implementing strategies across online media, mobile applications, and e-commerce websites. Daily tasks include managing timelines, identifying process dependencies, and solving lower-complexity operational friction points. The specialist will leverage specific marketing platforms like Adobe Marketo Engage and HTML5 to maintain data logic and execute digital assets smoothly.

Additionally, the position requires managing active project files using work management software such as Workfront and Atlassian Jira to track milestones and balance resources. Functioning as an individual contributor within a collaborative framework, the associate will interact closely with peers to flag runtime errors and prepare performance data updates for supervisors. Candidates must hold a university degree, present 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital project management, exhibit strong analytical capabilities, and maintain full readiness to adapt to rotational shift patterns.
