Measurement and Reporting Associate – Reporting Analytics

Accenture is hiring a Measurement and Reporting Associate in Bengaluru for its Business Reporting & Governance team. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of experience and any graduation qualification.

• Support Business Reporting and Governance activities across operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders across a matrixed organization to support reporting requirements.
• Help maintain accurate and consistent reporting outputs.
• Prepare meaningful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel formulas for reporting and data analysis.
• Adapt to changing business and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in reporting contractual metrics and operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel formulas.
• Ability to create clear and meaningful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Good communication and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a heavily matrixed organization.
• Adaptability and willingness to work with changing requirements.
