Job Description
Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented ML Data Associate-II to join our artificial general intelligence operations group in Hyderabad. This 12-month fixed-term contractual position forms the baseline for human-in-the-loop validation, focusing on dialogue evaluation, responsible Large Language Model (LLM) training datasets development, and high-quality multi-modal labeling workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Multi-Modal Data Labeling: Generate and annotate high-quality human insight data across diverse ingestion channels, including text scripts, conversational speech, audio, images, and video files.
- Generative AI Evaluation: Undertake core dialogue evaluation and testing functions on active LLM outputs using proprietary in-house tools to meet strict machine learning performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pattern & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze processed data outputs to identify recurring labeling error patterns, executing technical root cause analytics to iteratively enhance training data quality.
- SOP & Operational Governance: Evaluate day-to-day Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and platform tool behavior, proposing process adjustments to streamline floor operations and unblock bottlenecks.
- Floor Support & Technical Consultation: Act as an operational escalation point, providing clear subject-matter answers to resolve peer processing queries and clarify technical requirements during live execution sprints.
- Data Security & Privacy Compliance: Enforce strict confidentiality standards to safeguard customer data profiles, following rigorous internal policies for handling sensitive cloud information layers.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional path. Complete verbal and written fluency in the **Hindi language** is an absolute mandatory prerequisite.
- Core Technical & Operational Toolkit: Strong text analysis, advanced reading comprehension, and structured problem-solving skills. Proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite and common business application metrics.
- Preferred Credentials: Documented C1 English language proficiency, 2+ years of task execution history, or 1+ years of project coordination/management exposure across cross-functional departments is highly valued.
- Core Soft Skills: Strong business writing capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, rapid adaptive reasoning to pivot between changing parameters, and full comfort managing ambiguous instructions.
