Job Description

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a Network Loss Manager RoW, ROW Central Functions in Bengaluru, Karnataka to reduce supply chain waste. This role focuses on minimizing network losses from shrinkage, damage, and concessions across RoW markets.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with FC/Transportation Operations, ACES, SL&P, and CS to reduce losses.
Analyze data to identify root causes, implement solutions, and track impact.
Standardize metrics, processes, and SOPs across RoW markets.
Drive product and process solutions to eliminate defects.
Report project results to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Advanced Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and Tableau skills.
3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and managing deadlines.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Preferred: Master's/MBA and Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma experience.
