Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Infosys Limited is hiring an Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant in Bangalore. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a relevant qualification such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, MCA, M.Com, M.E., or M.Tech.

The role focuses on implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across multiple finance modules. Candidates will work on requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, data migration, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion / Cloud Financials across two or more modules.
• Work with Oracle Financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Prepare configuration documentation and perform system configuration and setup.
• Execute end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
• Support data migration activities using FBDI.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
• Assess existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest technology solutions that can improve business processes and profitability.
• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to client requirements and project challenges.
• Work with clients and project teams to deliver Oracle Financial solutions.
• Support project and team management activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion / Cloud Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
• Requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Oracle Fusion configuration and setup.
• End-to-end testing.
• FBDI-based data migration.
• Functional documentation.
• Good understanding of financial processes.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good client-interfacing and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills: Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle Cloud Finance.
