Oracle Supply Chain Management Consultant

Infosys Limited is hiring an Oracle Supply Chain Management Consultant in Bangalore. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

The role is part of the Enterprise Package Application Services team and focuses on supporting Oracle ERP/EBS and Oracle Fusion applications across supply chain and business process areas. The selected candidate will assist consulting teams with requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support consulting teams across problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Research alternative solutions, evaluate available information, and build proof-of-concepts where required.
• Create requirement specifications based on business needs.
• Define to-be business processes and prepare detailed functional designs.
• Support configuration of solution requirements within Oracle products.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and evaluate potential solution alternatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and test cases.
• Support reporting, interfaces, data validation, and data migration activities within Oracle ERP environments.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives focused on delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
• Work in Oracle implementation, application maintenance and support, or enhancement project environments.

Technical Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Oracle ERP/EBS or Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle application architecture and business process flows.
• Understanding of one or more functional areas including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing/Procurement, Work in Process, and Bill of Materials.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
• Ability to create functional documentation and test cases.
• Basic understanding of reporting, interfaces, and data migration processes.
• Exposure to Oracle implementation, support, or enhancement projects is beneficial.
• Experience working in AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) or project environments is beneficial.
