PPM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Fusion PPM implementation and consulting activities for clients.
• Understand customer business challenges, diagnose problem areas, and design appropriate solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion PPM products according to approved solution designs.
• Conduct conference room pilots, product demonstrations, POCs, and Proof of Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer requirements and organizational financial guidelines.
• Contribute to proposal development and provide inputs to solution design.
• Support requirements and solution-design discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Work with Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management modules.
• Apply knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R business cycles.
• Contribute to RICEW design and delivery activities.
• Participate in rapid prototyping and solution development.
• Support delivery reviews and engagement oversight where business processes are critical.
• Work in global delivery environments and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to small projects and organizational initiatives focused on delivering value to customers.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

• Oracle Fusion PPM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Knowledge of Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management.
• Understanding of PPM-related business processes and industry practices.
• Knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R cycles.
• Experience with RICEW design and delivery.
• Rapid prototyping experience.
• Experience working in a global delivery model.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Oracle PPM Cloud certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills: Project and Portfolio Management, Portfolio Selection, Planning and Tracking, PPM Architecture Consultancy, and Oracle PPM Cloud.
