PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - TECH & IMPL L1

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant - Tech & Impl L1 to join their enterprise consulting division in Hyderabad, Telangana. The core purpose of this senior role centers on analyzing the client's business landscape, leading end-to-end consulting solution delivery tracks, and driving strategic transformations that convert directly into high-integrity business value metrics.

Core day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities encompass managing consultant teams, controlling work stream budgets, and executing quality assurance over complicated deployment programs. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor to senior corporate stakeholders, resolves incoming application problems, manages Statements of Work (SoW), and guarantees high personal billability performance in line with practice utilization baselines.

Additionally, the position requires steering revenue expansion pipelines by identifying lateral or vertical sales opportunities, leading complex RFP/RFI response squads, and creating reusable IP assets or frameworks. Selected leaders will mentor junior consultants, minimize talent attrition metrics, and author detailed assignment case studies to strengthen global market positioning. Ideal applicants must present 8 to 10 years of robust tech-consulting background, superb communication capabilities, and proven expertise in enterprise project management frameworks.
