Procurement Manager, 3P Procurement [Third-Party Supply Chain Sourcing Manager]

Amazon India (ASSPL) is seeking a high-impact, commercially sharp Procurement Manager, 3P Procurement to join our strategic supply chain sourcing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka . This critical individual-contributor role owns multi-million dollar third-party (3P) warehousing and transportation logistics contracts across India, delivering top-tier technical and commercial cost optimizations .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• End-to-End Warehouse Launches: Spearhead 3P site deployment lifecycles from initial onboarding through comprehensive due diligence, RFQ evaluation, and final execution .
• High-Value Commercial Negotiation: Own the commercial structuring, risk allocation, and final legal drafting for multi-million dollar logistics, shipping, and haulage vendor networks .
• Zero-Based Cost Modeling: Deep dive into supplier expense layers to construct zero-based costing analytics, identifying structural opportunities to reduce annual baseline cost structures .
• Cross-Functional OP Alignment: Partner closely across internal Operations, Finance, Legal, and Capacity Planning teams to deliver structural Operating Plans with extreme frugality .
• Vendor Relationship Governance: Set up rigorous service metrics to continuously monitor vendor operational readiness, delivery speed, and overall supply reliability .
• Dispute Resolution & Payment Flows: Architect, audit, and streamline backend billing solutions with corporate accounting modules to swiftly resolve external provider invoice claims .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree from an accredited or recognized university institution .
• Preferred Credentials: A Master’s degree or specialized MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations, or International Logistics is highly desired .
• Strategic Sourcing Frameworks: Proven professional history driving complex contract administration frameworks, spend analytics, and multi-tier vendor identification portfolios .
• Core Technical Toolkit: High analytical competency leveraging spreadsheets (Excel), costing matrix systems, and procurement tracking platforms to analyze metrics .
• Core Soft Skills: Elite verbal and written negotiation communication habits, strong professional backbone to influence executive spending decisions, and absolute comfort managing high-ambiguity project limits .
