Program Manager, FX

Amazon is hiring a Program Manager – Fulfillment Experience (FX) for its Bengaluru office. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon's Fulfillment Experience (FEX) team by managing fulfillment center (FC) configurations, launch operations, and network enablement activities across multiple operational platforms. Your work will directly influence customer delivery promises, network efficiency, inventory movement, and overall fulfillment performance.

You will coordinate with multiple business teams, maintain operational documentation, manage configuration updates, and ensure critical fulfillment processes are executed accurately. This position requires excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency while minimizing business risks.

• Manage fulfillment center configuration and launch activities across Amazon's India network.
• Maintain operational configurations across multiple internal platforms and systems.
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business processes.
• Coordinate with operations, inventory, supply chain, and planning teams to support successful launches.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve network performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer delivery speed and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support implementation of operational changes while ensuring process accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving approaches.
