Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a highly strategic, metrics-driven Program Manager II, Storewalk plus to join our Retail Business Services (RBS) organization at the BLR 14 SEZ hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka . This high-impact role focuses on analyzing the end-to-end customer shopping journey, identifying friction points that lead to purchase drop-offs, and driving scalable machine learning or procedural fixes to maximize marketplace conversions globally .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Conversion Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze customer engagement signals including click-throughs, add-to-cart patterns, purchase rates, and search reformulations to track drop-off bottlenecks .
- Defect Isolation & Deep Dives: Lead comprehensive data deep dives to uncover actionable defect use-cases on high-priority shopping missions that exhibit low conversion trends .
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with upstream teams, subject matter experts, vendor managers, and account managers to streamline processes without holding direct authority .
- Technical Solution Integration: Collaborate with internal engineering points of contact to configure automated, machine-learning-driven remediation templates that fix listings errors at scale .
- Standardisation & Escalation Management: Own process standardization goals, establish reporting metrics, and serve as the main escalation path for shift deliverables .
- Executive Documentation: Write clear, comprehensive strategy papers outlining buying experience levers, operational insights, and roadmap recommendations for senior leadership .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Program Management Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of robust, non-internship professional history explicitly spent leading program lifecycles, schedules, and deliverables .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: 3 or more years of proven background interfacing across technical and non-technical matrix business units .
- Process Transformation Track: 3+ years spent designing, implementing, and reviewing continuous workflow optimizations using quantitative metrics .
- Preferred Data Toolkit: Strong functional familiarity with data warehousing models, SQL querying, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) .
