Amazon Web Services (AWS / ADCI) is seeking a results-oriented, highly adaptable Program Manager, Supply Chain, JWO to join our Applied AI Solutions organization in Hyderabad, Telangana . Operating within the physical retail optimization space, this non-tech program leadership role centers on managing full project lifecycles, planning cross-functional logistics frameworks, and deploying infrastructure to enable global site launches for Just Walk Out (JWO) automated retail technologies at scale .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Global Site Launch Scale: Manage, organize, and execute complex cross-functional project pipelines across multi-tier organizations to launch new JWO retail sites globally .
- Strategic Portfolio Coordination: Drive strategic supply chain initiatives from project inception through final delivery, aligning timelines across localized business units and geographies .
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interlock: Partner with operations managers, product leads, and technology development teams to translate abstract specifications into scalable supply chain roadmaps .
- Logistics Telemetry instrumentation: Define, monitor, and enforce core performance indicators (KPIs) spanning component procurement, fulfillment hub operations, and transportation logistics networks .
- Data-Driven Reporting Cadence: Compile, audit, and distribute weekly project metrics dashboards, front-leading alignment meetings to resolve goal variances .
- Executive Advisory Presenting: Deliver program status logs, risk registers, and data-backed process recommendations to senior leadership cohorts to influence strategic decisions .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Program Management Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of robust, non-internship professional history explicitly leading strategic project lifecycles, managing cross-functional technical/non-technical teams, and tracking end-to-end delivery metrics .
- Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative technical discipline .
- Core Technical Toolkit: Solid functional command over Intermediate Microsoft Excel data routines, including multi-criteria lookup arrays, nested logical/IF formulas, relational charts, and advanced data cleansing .
- Preferred Value-Adds: 5+ years of progressive professional experience communicating results to senior executives, managing high-ambiguity schedules, or optimizing processes inside fast-moving warehouse or retail deployment grids .
