Pursuit Writing Associate

Accenture is hiring a Pursuit Writing Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in business writing, proposal development, content management, and client-facing sales content.

As a Pursuit Writing Associate, you will create clear, persuasive, and compliant written content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other sales materials. You will work with sales teams, response managers, and subject matter experts to turn complex business and technical information into easy-to-understand proposal content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop written content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing sales responses.
• Participate in proposal kick-off meetings and understand response requirements, strategy, templates, and available content.
• Write clear and compelling proposal sections using approved templates and existing content.
• Translate solution details, client requirements, and differentiators into persuasive business narratives.
• Ensure content is accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with proposal and brand standards.
• Review proposal requirements and ensure all required information and compliance points are addressed.
• Work with subject matter experts and sales teams to gather technical and commercial information.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and improve proposal content through multiple revision cycles.
• Identify useful and high-performing proposal content for future reuse.
• Contribute to content repositories and improve reusable proposal assets.
• Use approved generative AI platforms and tools to research, create, and identify relevant content where appropriate.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduation.
• Experience requirement should be verified because the posting header states 0–2 years while the detailed job information states 1–3 years.
• MS Office expertise is preferred.
