Record to Report Ops Associate

Accenture is seeking a dedicated Record to Report Ops Associate to join their intelligent operations division based in Navi Mumbai. The core focus of this functional role centers on executing comprehensive material master data governance, maintaining detailed product attributes, and ensuring the absolute accuracy of pricing data architectures across global enterprise resource planning (ERP) infrastructure platforms.

Core day-to-day administrative and technical responsibilities include creating, modifying, and updating master records inside production systems like SAP MM/SD modules or Oracle databases. The associate will meticulously configure key data attributes such as material types, valuation classes, and Bills of Material (BOM), while validating data sets before their formal release into commercial tracks. Additionally, the specialist will partner cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Product Management units to execute Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and update discount structures.

Furthermore, the role involves auditing pricing records against internal regional compliance guidelines, generating detailed transaction data summaries, and resolving routine operational problems following predetermined general precedents. Candidates must demonstrate 1 to 3 years of background in master data workflows, basic data manipulation capabilities in MS Excel, and strong written or verbal communication traits. The position demands high flexibility to handle rotational shift patterns as an individual contributor.
