Recruiter L4

Wipro Limited is seeking a dedicated Recruiter L4 to join their talent acquisition division across major Indian tech hubs, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, and固定 Kochi. The core purpose of this operational role is to source, screen, and secure high-quality talent to fulfill evolving business demands while ensuring a stellar employer brand footprint throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Daily administrative and operational obligations include interpreting business projections to understand cadre urgency, drafting targeted talent sourcing plans across various job boards, consulting partners, or employee referral pipelines, and coordinating technical selection rounds. Selected specialists will execute structured HR evaluation interviews, manage salary negotiations within specified corporate bands to control cost-per-hire metrics, formalize job offers, and partner closely with HRSS teams to govern rigorous background verification protocols.

Additionally, the recruiter is responsible for mitigating candidate dropout risks through proactive pre-joining engagement strategies, managing stakeholder communications with internal hiring managers, and maintaining 100% data integrity within the internal ATS platform (Synergy). The role requires updating weekly recruitment tracking dashboards for leadership evaluation sessions and joining routine cross-functional alignment syncs with Workforce Management Groups (WMG) to address critical delivery bottlenecks.
