Job Description

Amazon is hiring for the position of Risk Specialist, CDA in Hyderabad. The Risk Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate high-impact incidents, analyze operational risks, and recommend preventive actions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve high-priority risk, fraud, and abuse cases across Amazon's platform.
  • Support and execute programs that improve customer trust and protect brand owners.
  • Prepare detailed reports, deep-dive analyses, executive summaries, and Correction of Errors (COE) documents.
  • Identify gaps in existing policies and operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Lead operational improvement projects using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor global events, emerging risks, and industry trends to proactively prevent operational issues.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, suspicious activities, and potential fraud risks.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Make informed decisions while handling sensitive investigations and business-critical situations.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout investigations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
  • Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years of fraud investigation or risk analysis experience are also eligible.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, compliance, or risk management will be an added advantage.
