Sales Operations Associate

Accenture is hiring a Sales Operations Associate in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates interested in sales operations, sales enablement, CRM systems, content management, workflow automation, and business support.

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support sales teams by managing sales tools, content, workflows, campaigns, reporting, training activities, and operational processes. The role focuses on ensuring that sales teams have accurate data, updated content, reliable systems, and easy-to-use tools to support their sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and publishing of sales campaign kits using Highspot and related sales platforms.
• Manage sales content versioning, tagging, permissions, and campaign launch schedules.
• Perform pre-launch quality checks to ensure content, links, and workflows are working correctly.
• Support CRM lead routing, sequencing, and workflow automation configuration and testing.
• Create and maintain sales content, messaging, calls-to-action, and sales guidance aligned with different sales stages.
• Maintain sales standard operating procedures, best practices, and process documentation.
• Manage content taxonomy, tagging, folders, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Identify and archive outdated or duplicate sales content and ensure sellers have access to current approved materials.
• Support user provisioning, deactivation, permissions, and license tracking across sales technology platforms.
• Maintain accurate user, team, and group structures in sales platforms such as Highspot and Outreach.
• Support training operations including scheduling, attendance tracking, recordings, FAQs, and documentation.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and operational reports while checking data accuracy.
• Support leadership reviews by providing timely and accurate reporting information.
• Review sales content, campaigns, workflows, and tool configurations for quality and process compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting presentations for Circle of Stars results.
• Support Deal Desk activities by coordinating approvals, signatures, and reviews for complex contracts.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of sales operations and sales enablement processes.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales technology platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of workflow configuration and automation.

• Any Graduation.
