Sales Operations Associate

Accenture is hiring a Sales Operations Associate in Bengaluru for an Order Management role. This is a full-time opportunity for graduates with 1–3 years of experience who are interested in sales operations, order processing, customer communication, and order fulfillment.

In this role, you will support the complete order management process, from receiving and processing customer orders to confirming orders and supporting fulfillment. You will work with sales, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders in the system.
• Check orders for accuracy in pricing, product specifications, quantities, and delivery details.
• Support order processing and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
• Monitor order information and support inventory availability and fulfillment requirements.
• Support purchase order receipt, order prioritization, invoice matching, and related order management activities.
• Assist with resolving routine order-related issues by following established processes and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate order information and support smooth customer communication.
• Contribute to efficient order management from order creation through fulfillment and financial settlement.
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow assigned processes and instructions.
