SAP Callidus Commissions Consultant

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly analytical and technical SAP Callidus Commissions Consultant to join our elite Enterprise Package Application Services business vertical in Chennai. This specialized application consulting position focuses on configuring incentive compensation engines, designing complex commission automation rules, and orchestrating deployment lifecycles to accelerate digital sales performance transformations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Callidus Platform Engineering: Lead end-to-end software configurations, plan modular setup transformations, and build functional application designs within the SAP Callidus Cloud Commissions suite.
• Advanced Workflows & Business Rules: Author and deploy complex business rules, processing conditions, credits allocation mechanisms, and custom business rules inside the Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows architecture.
• Business Intelligence Reporting: Format and maintain detailed technical dashboards, variable compensation reports, and compliance data logs using Crystal Reports engines to support executive metrics verification.
• Consulting Solution Delivery: Partner directly with business stakeholders to diagnose legacy compensation process bottlenecks, execute complete Conference Room Pilots (CRP), and design actionable Proof of Technology (PoT) simulations.
• Sizing & Proposal Optimization: Build enterprise proposals by defining area-specific software architecture parameters; prepare robust project effort estimations that align with customer financial guidelines.
• Project Governance & Mentorship: Actively lead small technical project teams, manage software configuration management baselines, track project milestones, and provide structured mentorship to peer developer squads.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 9 years of robust IT tracking history operating within commission automation, variable incentive modeling, or CRM package consulting, featuring at least 1 end-to-end implementation lifecycle inside the Callidus Cloud architecture.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Advanced technical command over SAP CRM platforms, incentive calculation parameters, data mapping algorithms, and structured database validation.
• Preferred Credentials: Holding a formal, active product certification in SAP Callidus Commissions is highly advantageous.
• Core Soft Skills: Masterful logical thinking parameters, exceptional analytical troubleshooting capabilities under tight deadlines, excellent client-interfacing qualities, and strong collaborative team communication skills.
