SAP MDG CONSULTANT

Infosys Limited is looking for an experienced SAP MDG CONSULTANT to join its Enterprise Package Application Services team in Bangalore, India. Operating as a senior technology consultant, the primary purpose of this strategic role is to lead client engagement efforts, design high-quality data governance frameworks, and implement end-to-end master data solutions for complex digital transformation initiatives.

Core day-to-day administrative and technical responsibilities encompass overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle from problem definition and system diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment. The consultant will review technical project proposals drafted by internal teams, perform meticulous risk evaluations to flag architectural anomalies, and define structured change management approaches using multi-channel communication tracks to guide clients through systems transitions. Additionally, the engineer will manage baseline data management standards to ensure compliance with corporate processes, software configuration systems, and organizational guidelines.

Furthermore, the position focuses extensively on team leadership, vision creation, and corporate mentorship. The specialist will deliver subject matter training across the SAP MDG toolset, provide actionable performance feedback, and steer unit-level initiatives to enhance overall delivery quality. Ideal applicants must present 9 to 13 years of robust professional background specializing in technology-driven data integration workflows, cross-industry thought leadership, a firm understanding of financial processes or pricing models, and excellent client-interfacing skills.
