Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data‑informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, Channel and Renewals at Druva. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable insights using large, multi‑source datasets. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to align data strategies with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as strategic advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Channel and Renewals, and liaison to the technical Business Intelligence team. This insight helps the team prioritize resources and improve revenue.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of key business issues and present findings to senior leadership. The results guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business questions into testable hypotheses using diverse data sources. This enables precise targeting of solutions.
• Build dashboards and custom reports to monitor key metrics, empower teammates with data, and explore business questions. These tools drive faster decision cycles.
• Exercise sound judgment to form actionable, data‑driven conclusions despite uncertainty. Quick conclusions support timely actions.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple systems, delivering clear, actionable insights for decision‑making. Streamlined data access accelerates analysis.
• Diagnose workflows and recommend automation, process improvements, and enhancements through data apps, alerts and application upgrades. Automation reduces manual effort and error rates.
