Senior Product Manager, RBS Organization Excellence

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) seeks a strategic, AI-focused Senior Product Manager (Non-Tech) for its Org Excellence (OE) team in Chennai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad. This role involves end-to-end ownership of 5+ AI-driven internal tools aimed at transforming operational expertise into self-service, reusable solutions across Amazon business units.Key Responsibilities & Scope of WorkProduct & AI Roadmap: Drive strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle for AI-aided solutions, including PEX AI Career Coach and agent-based knowledge management.Requirements & Execution: Define PRFAQs/BRDs, collaborating with RBS Tech to deploy AI features, agentic workflows, and low-code/no-code solutions.Adoption & Governance: Drive pilot launches, adoption tracking, and establish AI agent governance (reuse, lifecycle, ideation metrics).Executive Reporting: Communicate impact, adoption, and ROI via data-driven MBRs/QBRs to leadership.Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of product/program management or ownership, with a focus on launching technology products.Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA in business, CS, or related quantitative field preferred.Technical/Domain Skills: Experience with GenAI, ML, Data Analytics, and wire-framing tools.Leadership: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization and drive results amidst high ambiguity.
