Senior Product Manager, RBS Organization Excellence

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a strategic, AI-focused Senior Product Manager (Non-Tech) for its Org Excellence (OE) team across hubs in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. This high-visibility non-tech product leadership role owns the end-to-end strategy, lifecycle, and adoption of 5+ internal AI-driven tools aimed at transforming operational expertise into scalable, self-service solutions across Amazon business units.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Product Vision & AI Roadmap Strategy: Author and define the long-term product vision and feature roadmap for advanced AI-aided Org Excellence solutions, including the PEX AI Career Coach, Unified Innovation Platform, and agent-based knowledge management systems.
• Requirements & Technical Execution: Write comprehensive, actionable PRFAQs and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), working backward from customer needs to establish clear success criteria.
• RBS Tech Engineering Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with RBS Tech to translate high-level product design into functional, deployed AI architectures without managing a direct engineering squad.
• Pilot Launches & Cross-Org Adoption: Architect adoption strategies to launch internal product pilots, identify early adopter groups, evaluate usage telemetry, and scale solutions across Operations, Customer Service, and AWS.
• AI Agent Governance Policy: Design and enforce organizational governance models for AI agents across RBS, establishing strict reuse standards, lifecycle management rules, and catalog discovery mechanisms.
• Rapid Prototyping & Wireframing: Mitigate technical risk by directly building high-utility Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and low-code/no-code wireframes using agentic workflows and custom prompt engineering.
• Data-Driven Executive Reporting: Establish core platform success metrics (NPS, time-saved, cost-avoidance) and present progress updates via data-backed narratives in MBRs and QBRs to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience Track: 5 or more years of robust experience in technology product management, product ownership, feature delivery mapping, or technology business development.
• Educational Background: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree. A Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
• Advanced Analytics & Tooling Stack: Practical familiarity working with Data & AI-related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI platforms, core databases) along with design wireframing software and innovation management systems.
• Core Soft Skills: Exceptional logical reasoning, strong capability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights, outstanding matrixed stakeholder management, and full comfort navigating ambiguity.
