Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Direct the global orchestration, milestone tracking, and optimization phases of the marketplace vendor recruitment and launch lifecycle .

  • Technical Product Interlock: Partner deeply alongside global Product and Software Development Engineering towers to define structural data requirements and drive corporate tool adoption .
  • Matrix Stakeholder Influence: Align matrixed global business units—encompassing Account Management, Retail Buying, and Ground Operations—around a unified execution roadmap without direct authority .
  • Success Metrics Analytics: Formulate and monitor core key performance indicators (KPIs) including vendor launch rates, pipeline onboarding cycle times, feature adoption velocities, and top-line revenue indicators .
  • Executive Governance Reporting: Distill highly ambiguous, multi-market operational bottlenecks into structured strategy briefs and data-backed presentations for senior corporate leadership .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Cross-Functional Program Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent managing complex project scopes, timelines, resources, and technical boundaries .
  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: 5 or more years of proven background acting as a primary operational link between technical engineering squads and non-technical business components .
  • Requirements Scoping & Metrics: Demonstrated background mapping system metrics, defining explicit business requirements, and parsing analytics data to design continuous workflow optimizations .
  • Preferred Value-Adds: Holds a valid Master's degree or post-graduate MBA; 3+ years of explicit exposure handling vendor management, supply chain operations, retail buying matrices, or lean process transformations .
  • Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written consultative storytelling properties, high strategic judgment, an ability to manage global matrix teams, and an absolute obsession with user experience clarity .
