Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a highly skilled, solution-driven Senior Program Manager, RVR, RBS MVR to join our Retail Business Services division at the BLR 14 SEZ hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka . Operating within the global Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) landscape, this high-visibility, non-tech program leadership position owns the end-to-end seller and vendor onboarding journey—transforming legacy, friction-heavy frameworks into automated, self-service technology engines that unlock global commerce selection at immense scale .
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- End-to-End Program Ownership: Direct the global orchestration, milestone tracking, and optimization phases of the marketplace vendor recruitment and launch lifecycle .
- Friction Mitigation & AI Integration: Isolate conversion drop-off points in the onboarding funnel, deploying intelligent automated mechanics and AI-powered solutions to drive self-service scaling .
- Technical Product Interlock: Partner deeply alongside global Product and Software Development Engineering towers to define structural data requirements and drive corporate tool adoption .
- Matrix Stakeholder Influence: Align matrixed global business units—encompassing Account Management, Retail Buying, and Ground Operations—around a unified execution roadmap without direct authority .
- Success Metrics Analytics: Formulate and monitor core key performance indicators (KPIs) including vendor launch rates, pipeline onboarding cycle times, feature adoption velocities, and top-line revenue indicators .
- Executive Governance Reporting: Distill highly ambiguous, multi-market operational bottlenecks into structured strategy briefs and data-backed presentations for senior corporate leadership .
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Cross-Functional Program Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of verified, non-internship professional history explicitly spent managing complex project scopes, timelines, resources, and technical boundaries .
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: 5 or more years of proven background acting as a primary operational link between technical engineering squads and non-technical business components .
- Requirements Scoping & Metrics: Demonstrated background mapping system metrics, defining explicit business requirements, and parsing analytics data to design continuous workflow optimizations .
