Senior Quality Service Associate, Cross Border

Amazon is hiring a Senior Quality Service Associate – Cross Border for its Chennai operations. This role focuses on independently owning and testing mid-sized components, supporting team testing activities, conducting quality audits, creating SOPs and training materials, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance and software testing, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and the ability to independently manage testing activities while ensuring compliance with defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently test and act as the point of contact for mid-sized components and product features.
• Create training modules and share knowledge on testing policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Develop SOPs based on existing testing methods and processes.
• Conduct audits of test case execution, bug filing, reports, and assigned quality activities.
• Review new test cases and work instructions and contribute to improving test coverage and processes.
• Identify and escalate issues through the appropriate channels and drive resolution independently.
• Contribute to tool improvements, process enhancements, and best practices using data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance or software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodology and testing principles.
• Knowledge of testing tools and quality processes.
• Ability to create and maintain test cases, SOPs, and training documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree with relevant Quality Assurance or testing experience.
