Infosys Limited is looking for an analytical ServicesConsultant_FY27Q2 specializing in the Airlines, Hospitality, and Travel domain to join their Application Development and Maintenance vertical in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The fundamental focus of this consulting role is to assess existing client travel reservation ecosystems, identify operational bottlenecks, and design value-creating technological strategies that help modern airlines innovate and increase business profitability.

Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities encompass reviewing specialized airline retailing workflows, including Passenger Name Record (PNR) processing, multi-channel ticketing architectures, and payment settlement layers. The consultant will monitor next-generation retailing parameters like New Distribution Capability (NDC) and One Order systems, alongside validating back-end processing pipelines such as IATA HOT file extractions and revenue accounting parameters. Additionally, team members will audit current business flows, map software configuration management files, and manage financial processes or project pricing models across the account portfolio.

Furthermore, the position focuses on structured team collaboration, project milestone tracking, and professional client-interfacing engagements. The consultant will translate client business problems into modular technical solutions, prepare project reporting dashboards for cross-functional technical squads, and support change management practices. Ideal candidates must present 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional background in travel domain systems, demonstrate logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, and exhibit strong interpersonal communication proficiencies.
