Solution Manager

Wipro Limited is hiring an expert Solution Manager to lead enterprise-level presales activities, design innovative technical frameworks, and manage end-to-end bid responses out of our Pune operations center.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• RFP & Bid Management: Take holistic ownership of the pre-bid and post-bid life cycle, structuring strategic responses to complex RFPs/RFIs alongside account and business development executives.
• Architectural Design Assurance: Collaborate with practice teams to construct scalable, reliable enterprise architectures that map accurately to strict client business requirements.
• Pricing & Cost Estimation: Partner directly with business finance and infrastructure delivery groups to determine precise effort estimations, sizing models, and contract parameters.
• Contract Risk & SOW Verification: Review, draft, and authorize Statement of Work (SOW) documents, proactively identifying and mitigating structural or delivery risks before contract sign-off.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with product vendors, third-party partners, and customer technical leaders; drive discovery workshops and present technical solutions to client executives.

Required Qualifications & Core Skill Set

• Industry Methodologies: Strong conceptual understanding of standard operational processes such as ITIL frameworks, ISO compliance, and modern Enterprise Management Systems (EMS).
• Delivery Support Frameworks: Well-versed in diverse technology support delivery models, including Hybrid, Shared, Dedicated, and Onsite resources.
• Professional Capabilities: Exceptional presentation acumen, a proven record of pipeline tracking, and the flexibility to travel at short notice for strategic business opportunities.
