Job Description
Microsoft is seeking an expert, highly technical Sr. Digital Solution Engineer - Co-Pilot to join our high-performing AI Business Solutions division in Bangalore. This senior individual contributor role focus on leading complex technical engagements, securing structural commitments for generative AI, and designing robust enterprise architectures leveraging M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and automated Agents.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- AI Transformation & Envisioning: Lead technical discovery sprints, proof-of-concept (PoC) validations, and pilots to win the technical decision for Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystems across global customer accounts.
- Enterprise Architecture & Security: Craft scalable, secure, and modular architectures that integrate smoothly into the client's enterprise software roadmap while embedding strict data governance and compliance rules at every tier.
- Pipeline Ingestion & Technical Close Plans: Generate new pipelines and competitive wins by delivering high-impact "Art-of-the-Possible" simulations; eliminate operational blocks and handle absolute deal data hygiene utilizing MSX tracing systems.
- Strategic Upselling & Co-Selling: Coordinate alongside AI Workforce specialists to execute advanced ME3 and ME5 license upgrades, specifically highlighting Teams Phone technical benefits while attaching commercial partners to each qualified opportunity.
- Deployment Lifecycle Handoff: Produce documented adoption plans and manage smooth operational handoffs to internal Customer Success Managers and third-party system integrators to secure fast deployment onboarding.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as an engineering liaison to synthesize field constraints and translate customer blocker metrics into structured feedback loops for Microsoft's core engineering and global sales leadership.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of technology-related account management, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering experience paired with a baseline degree (8 to 12 years of enterprise software consulting is preferred).
- Core Technology Domain Mastery: Deep functional exposure to cloud productivity suites, conversational AI models, tenant security parameters, automated API routing, and workspace management tools.
- Continuous Upskilling Expected: Capacity to rapidly achieve L200 consultative and L400 deep technical product certifications while actively publishing quarter-level deal insights.
- Core Soft Skills: Advanced consultative selling, logical thinking, persuasive negotiation acumen, and ability to coordinate across cross-functional global teams within a 3 days/week in-office hybrid configuration.
