Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking an innovative, highly analytical Sr. Learning Program Manager, Just Walk Out Global Education to join our Applied AI Solutions organization in Hyderabad, Telangana . Operating as a full-cycle learning architect, this senior leadership role centers on designing, deploying, and scaling game-changing, just-in-time training programs and embedded in-app learning solutions for third-party enterprise partners globally .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Global Enablement Strategy: Architect and deliver end-to-end, multi-modal knowledge solutions from scratch, tailored to help third-party global B2B clients adopt Just Walk Out technologies .
• Technical Product Interlock: Collaborate with product managers and engineering squads to embed learning capabilities directly into active hardware and software infrastructure layouts .
• Blended Content Engineering: Author and configure high-utility training programs leveraging advanced tech stacks (Articulate Storyline/360, MadCap Flare, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Figma) .
• Immersive Technology Integration: Drive technical requirements for next-generation learning modalities, incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and guided workflows .
• VoC Quality Diagnostics: Aggressively capture Voice of Customer (VoC) anecdotes and analyze user interaction profiles to continuously eliminate process defects .
• Program Telemetry Analytics: Enforce rigorous xAPI standards and Learning Record Store (LRS) framework integrations to track training impact metrics and report performance results to VPs .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Program Management Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of robust, non-internship professional history managing complex project lifecycles, driving cross-functional alignments, and owning end-to-end strategies .
• Instructional Tool Mastery: Proven track record building immersive digital media assets, interactive system simulations, and responsive central knowledge bases from scratch .
• Ecosystem Shift Agility: Full willingness to work daily from the HYD11 office during late-afternoon global stakeholder overlap hours (approx. 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST) .
• Preferred Value-Adds: PMP credential, an advanced Master's degree (Instructional Design or Adult Education), hands-on HTML/CSS coding literacy, or past experience handling physical retail operational constraints .
• Core Soft Skills: Elite verbal and written executive-level storytelling properties, robust analytical problem solving in high-ambiguity landscapes, and sharp business prioritization habits .
