SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate

Accenture is hiring a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate in Hyderabad. This is a full-time opportunity within the Technology for Operations team, focused on technology solutions, automation, and technical support.

The role involves supporting innovative and secure technology solutions that help Accenture Operations build intelligent operating models. You will work with teams to analyze problems, support technology initiatives, and contribute to automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve lower-complexity technical and operational problems.
• Support Technology for Operations initiatives and technology solutions.
• Work with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation and automation-related technologies.
• Support AI and machine learning-related tasks and solutions.
• Work with peers to understand issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate updates and issues with supervisors when required.
• Collaborate with sales, offering, and delivery teams on technology initiatives.
• Follow assigned instructions and complete daily work tasks efficiently.
• Contribute to team objectives as an individual contributor.
• Maintain strong performance while working under pressure and meeting business requirements.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

• Any Graduation or BE.
