Systems Architect - Python & InManta Automation

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly strategic and technically proficient Systems Architect specializing in Python & InManta Automation to join our elite Cloud & Infrastructure Services unit in Bangalore. This senior individual contributor role centers on engineering cross-platform private cloud orchestrations, designing complex multi-cloud automation solutions, and providing expert technical consultation across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Private Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Architect, implement, and maintain advanced system-level orchestration layers utilizing OpenStack and OpenShift environments.
• Automation Architecture & System Tuning: Drive end-to-end automation design, structural software modifications, environment profiling, and multi-cloud platform debugging to optimize infrastructure delivery speeds.
• Technical Consulting & Architectural Sizing: Deliver expert architectural design reviews, evaluate complex infrastructure scripts, define project scopes, and map precise development and implementation work sizing frameworks.
• Full-Stack Software Engineering: Support distributed engineering frameworks by mapping object-oriented software patterns, Spring MVC architectures, Single Page Applications (SPA), and high-performance PostgreSQL database rules.
• Infrastructure as Code & DevOps Pipelines: Develop and execute infrastructure deployments using scripting toolkits including Python, Shell, Terraform, Ansible, and JavaScript; build automated CI/CD workflows using Git and Jenkins.
• FinOps & Telemetry Management: Formulate and deploy technical FinOps dashboards to track cloud utilization trends, assess resource parameters, and minimize multi-tenant runtime operational costs.
• Engineering Quality Governance: Enforce strict software development guidelines and industry best practices; conduct code reviews, and provide structured mentorship to Developers and Lead Developers across the delivery cycle.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience Track: 9 to 12 years of robust experience in software engineering, multi-cloud tools administration, container orchestration setups, or high-availability infrastructure architecture.
• Technical Stack Fluency: Strong mastery over backend Python engineering, full-stack Java ecosystems, microservices, containerization platforms, and AI-driven automation patterns.
• Preferred Credentials: Holding a formal, active **OpenShift Certification** is a highly desirable advantage.
• Core Soft Skills: Outstanding technical communication properties, exceptional data-driven analytical troubleshooting under target guidelines, executive presence, and a natural aptitude for unit-level thought leadership.
