Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Full-Stack System Administration: Lead the end-to-end administration, environment patching, configuration, and maintenance routines across hybrid cloud networks running both Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Middleware & Application Support: Oversee high-volume application workflows, handle core web-server configurations, track processing dependencies, and resolve critical technical platform faults within middleware layers.
- Requirements Sourcing & Sizing: Gather, analyze, and translate intricate functional and non-functional customer requirements into distinct system-level definitions, technical designs, and low-level software specifications.
- Work Estimation & Project Sizing: Apply structured calculation processes and quality metrics to evaluate work scope parameters, providing reliable resource sizing inputs to Technology Leads and Project Managers.
- Performance Engineering & Observability: Manage infrastructure tracking models and apply performance tuning methods to detect computing bottlenecks, prevent configuration drift, and secure low-latency platform runtimes.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
