Team Lead, FC Dock Team [Process Associate]

Amazon India (ASSPL) is seeking a bright, motivated Team Lead, FC Dock Team to join our fulfillment operations hub in Hyderabad . Operating as a critical Process Associate on the warehouse floor, this leadership role focuses on mentoring, guiding, and monitoring associate squads to ensure orders are processed on time with strict adherence to safety and quality standard work practices .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Frontline Associate Supervision: Mentor and guide floor associates, ensuring teams maintain steady production velocities and fulfill customer expectations seamlessly .
• Standard Work Compliance: Oversee all production lines to ensure on-the-floor practices strictly map to standard work guidelines, keeping site safety and quality top of mind .
• Action Point Resolution: Track daily dock operations matrices and demonstrate quick responsiveness in closing out operational action items and handling floor bottlenecks .
• Feedback Loops & Mentorship: Maintain an approachable floor presence to listen to employee feedback, support site managers, and contribute actively toward employee growth .
• Adaptable Task Cross-Training: Flex into diverse logistics and fulfillment roles within the center dynamically as shifting business demand dictates .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution .
• Linguistic Competency: Ability to speak, write, and read fluently in the English language .
• Technical Systems Toolkit: Proficient command utilizing Microsoft Office products and general applications, with practical data entry skills in Microsoft Excel .
• Preferred Value-Adds: 1 or more years of experience operating inside a customer-facing environment, fulfillment warehouse, fast-moving logistics network, or manufacturing setup .
• Core Soft Skills: Exceptional work ethic, meticulous attention to layout details, strong ownership to push personal limits, and an honest approach to managing team performance .
