Job Description

Amazon Dev Center India (ADCI) is seeking a customer-centric Manager, Vendor Consultant, AVS-NOP for the Retail Business Services (RBS) team at the BLR 14 SEZ hub in Bengaluru, Karnataka . This leadership role focuses on driving business growth and operational excellence for strategic Selling Partners .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Vendor Consultants .
  • Business Strategy: Develop joint business plans and identify operational improvements for vendors .
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve core business metrics (catalog, inventory, merchandising) to drive growth .
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal relationships and align team goals with organizational objectives .
