Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Process Oversight & SLA Management: Track team performance metrics via real-time dashboards to meet contractual SLA boundaries and maximize quality compliance benchmarks.
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations: Deliver targeted root-cause diagnostics for Tier-2/Tier-3 technical roadblocks, ensuring sustainable, user-friendly client resolution frameworks.
- Capability Building & Mentorship: Identify engineering skill gaps, compile technical learning modules, and conduct structured triage training workshops for production specialists.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain extensive system call logs to recognize recurring software trends, preventing upcoming infrastructure bugs and compliance challenges.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven track record in technical leadership or enterprise client-facing application support environments.
- Core Technical Stack: Mandatory expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, database mapping, and technical triage.
- Core Soft Skills: Outstanding stakeholder communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
