Wipro Limited is seeking a skilled Techno Functional Consultant L1 specializing in Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud to join their delivery team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The core purpose of this role is to bridge the client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by outlining clear technical specifications and driving successful cloud application enhancements.

Core day-to-day administrative and configuration responsibilities include interpreting functional requirements, performing targeted coding adjustments, and executing custom modules based on defined system standards. The consultant will actively support integration testing workflows, validate ecosystem interface behaviour, and identify basic technical implementation problems. Additionally, the specialist will troubleshoot configuration anomalies to ensure robust performance across assigned cloud modules.

Furthermore, the position requires maintaining structured project documentation assets, including comprehensive configuration notes, end-user manuals, and specialized testing artefacts. Selected candidates will collaborate extensively with cross-functional technical squads to align deliverables with client requirements and maintain enterprise-grade software stability benchmarks. Ideal applicants must present 5 to 8 years of professional background alongside explicit expertise in Oracle HR technology environments.
