The role requires 5+ years of extensive experience designing technical configurations inside the BPO/Contact Center industry ecosystem. Key tasks involve offering consultative architecture insights during PreSales cycles, responding to technology components within RFIs/RFPs, framing business process playbooks, and performing technical handovers for Post-Sales implementations. Practical knowledge across cloud contact systems like Amazon Connect, Nice CXOne, Twilio, Talkdesk, Five9, or Zendesk is heavily sought after.
