Transportation Representative, AmazonNowCO, RoW APEX [NOC Specialist]

Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a highly analytical, process-driven Transportation Representative, AmazonNowCO, RoW APEX to join our centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) squad in a fully virtual capacity based out of Hyderabad . Operating as a critical terminal specialist inside the logistics command hub, this role owns intraday shipping visibility, real-time supply chain exception triage, and data trend analyses to protect business continuity across global geographies .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Supply Chain Execution Monitoring: Maintain live tactical oversight of freight movements connecting suppliers to fulfillment platforms (Inbound) and warehouses to customer carrier nodes (Outbound) .
• Real-Time Exception Triage: Query internal tools and make immediate data-backed operational routing adjustments to resolve transit exceptions and carrier delays .
• Multi-Tier Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth information flows fluently across external carriers or suppliers and internal divisions like Finance, Retail, and Software Support towers .
• Systemic Problem Escalation: Isolate data variances or recurring network issues, systematically routing structural defects to target product teams for long-term platform automation .
• Weekly Narrative Presentation: Examine operational metric anomalies, authoring clean business summary papers outlining weekly variance trends to present in executive evaluation forums .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Educational Foundation: Holds a valid Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical credential from an accredited university .
• Advanced Spreadsheet Competency: High professional mastery of Advanced Microsoft Excel structures, including nested data lookups, relational pivot arrays, and performance dashboards .
• Project Coordination Track: Demonstrated professional history managing or tracking operations workflows under tight milestones in fast-paced corporate environments .
• Preferred Value-Adds: A Master's degree or technical specialization in operations research, applied mathematics, or theoretical computer science is highly valued .
