Transportation Representative, ROW IB [Inbound Fulfillment Appointment Operations Specialist]

Amazon India (ASSPL) is hiring a highly motivated, process-driven Transportation Representative, ROW IB to support our inbound logistics network in a virtual / remote capacity across India . Operating within the Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) vertical of India Operations, this core supply chain role owns the execution, allocation, and troubleshooting of merchant shipment appointments across our Amazon Fulfillment Centers (INFCs) to deliver a seamless seller experience .

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Inbound Freight Appointment Optimization: Centrally plan, govern, and coordinate daily delivery appointments for sellers and vendors across diverse fulfillment networks .
• Real-Time Rescue & Contingency Management: Execute live operational rescue tactics, adjust capacity blocks, and mitigate inbound logistics exceptions to ensure uninhibited fulfillment flows .
• Omnichannel Issue Resolution: Address high-volume seller requests, tracking logs, and appointment issues accurately via hotlines, structured emails, and advanced internal ticketing systems .
• Logistics Data Deep-Diving: Ingest processing logs and manipulate spreadsheet metrics using Microsoft Excel to spot operational trends, variance causes, and bottleneck constraints .
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interlock: Coordinate smoothly across Sellers, Associates, and Warehouse Management blocks to facilitate information flows and propose earliest availability choices .
• Continuous Operational Refinement: Author process improvement templates and propose software automation concepts to systematically strip away manual supply chain touchpoints .

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Educational Foundation: Holds a valid graduation degree from an accredited or recognized college or university platform .
• Analytical & Software Toolkit: Practical day-to-day proficiency navigating internet networks, database search parameters, and the Microsoft Office Suite (encompassing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) .
• Time Management Tracking: Proven background working effectively under constraints, meeting separate metrics criteria, and driving clear goals with partner teams .
• Preferred Value-Adds: Documented track record creating automated workflow tools, executing deep quantitative analysis, or leveraging SQL for data mining and business intelligence queries .
• Core Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication properties in English, high concentration to follow up on open tickets, sharp attention to detail, and comfort managing high ambiguity .
