Trust & Safety New Associate

Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented Trust & Safety New Associate to join their digital platform safety division in Bengaluru. The core focus of this role is to process and investigate terms of service, fraudulent actions, and spam violations, directly contributing to maintaining a secure and reliable online environment for global user bases.

Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities encompass reviewing, classifying, and moderating user-generated media streams, including profiles, audio files, videos, and text-based descriptions. The associate will cross-reference flagged items against updated client guidelines, execute structured research using proprietary system tools, and resolve or escalate complex compliance anomalies. Due to the intrinsic nature of content operations, team members may be directly exposed to potentially objectionable, sensitive, or graphic materials, requiring strong emotional coping resilience, strict objectivity, and adherence to performance metrics.

Additionally, the position requires compiling regular process feedback notes, suggesting guideline improvements to corporate management, and collaborating with cross-functional safety squads. As an entry-level individual contributor, the associate will solve routine platform problems under moderate supervisor instruction while participating in specialized workplace well-being programs. Ideal applicants must hold a university degree, present 0 to 1 years of professional experience, possess sharp critical thinking skills, and demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication proficiencies.
