UKG Pro WFM Consultant

Infosys Limited is seeking an expert-level UKG Pro WFM Consultant to join our elite Enterprise Package Application Services division in Chennai. This senior consulting role focuses on architecting enterprise workforce management strategies, auditing data integrity across distributed employee networks, and directing end-to-end cloud deployments of advanced Kronos tracking topologies.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead high-value consulting engagements from initial problem definition through technical system diagnostics to final implementation, configuration, and production environment delivery.
• WFM Module Engineering: Configure, tune, and maintain critical system modules within the UKG Pro WFM (Kronos) ecosystem, including Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling, Demand Forecasting, and Absence Management.
• Policy & Workflow Optimization: Map and implement complex organizational payroll logic, automated pay rules, custom accrual policies, structural authorization parameters, and backend system workflows.
• Middleware & API Integration: Direct the architecture of robust platform integrations, collaborating with data engineers to deploy secure web data exchanges via Dell Boomi middleware and custom API connectors to link WFM suites with external Oracle, Workday, and enterprise payroll frameworks.
• Advanced Analytics & Tooling: Construct and manage complex search parameters using Hyperfinds, configure specialized Data Views, administer granular Access Profiles, and deploy system reporting suites to track labor telemetry.
• Proposal Review & Risk Governance: Critically review candidate proposals engineered by junior consultants, evaluate effort estimation parameters, assess project delivery risks, and maintain full project financial visibility across diverse pricing models.
• Change Management & Team Mentorship: Outline comprehensive corporate change management roadmaps to guide clients through platform migrations; establish a clear technical vision for the squad and deliver subject-matter upskilling workshops.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 9 to 15 years of robust technology consulting track record with an explicit focus on enterprise-scale UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Management systems deployment.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Masterful command over labor compliance logic, data mapping algorithms, system configuration management baselines, and production database auditing tools.
• Core Soft Skills: Elite client-interfacing communication, advanced logical thinking parameters under structural ambiguity, strong project management reasoning, and powerful team-motivation qualities.
