Job Description

Infosys Limited is looking for an analytical and domain-focused UtilitiesConsultant_FY27Q2 to join their Application Development and Maintenance vertical in Bangalore, India. The primary objective of this role is to partner with utilities clients to diagnose complex business challenges, evaluate legacy customer operational ecosystems, and engineer modern technology frameworks that optimize utility service delivery footprints.

Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities involve analyzing, refining, and structuring massive operational data sets to support client deliverables within specialized Customer Information Systems (CIS). The consultant will perform comprehensive audits of existing business processes, isolate functional inefficiencies, and design configurations leveraging Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) ecosystems, including Oracle CC&B, Customer to Meter (C2M), and Meter Data Management (MDM) platforms. Additionally, the specialist will track emerging technology trends and map out targeted transformation blueprints to resolve architectural shortfalls.

Furthermore, the position requires collaborating cross-functionally within agile delivery teams to translate abstract customer requirements into sound technical layouts. The consultant will drive quality-assured workflows, prepare progress updates for project managers, and manage interface dependencies between legacy billing engines and cloud-based architecture.
