Veeva Consultant

Infosys Limited is seeking an analytical, industry-expert Veeva Consultant to join our elite Application Development and Maintenance service line in Chennai. This specialized consulting position focuses on leading the solution design, deployment configuration, and platform modernization of cloud-native Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM applications for global pharmaceutical and Life Sciences enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Veeva Solution Architecture: Act as a primary technical advisor to steer the full-cycle implementation, customization, and deployment of Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM software frameworks.
• Life Sciences Domain Consulting: Translate complex business requirements from Life Sciences subject matter experts (SMEs) into technical requirement specifications, configuring functional application rules aligned with Clinical Trial Conduct workflows (CTMS).
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated software development team throughout the comprehensive project lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software artifacts.
• Process Assessment & Optimization: Evaluate existing client systems, identify data tracking bottlenecks, refine unstructured operational data layers, and suggest modern technical solutions to improve overall business delivery times.
• Global Market Compliance: Apply deep structural knowledge of the **US Life Sciences market** and associated regulatory compliance parameters to validate data privacy boundaries and platform configurations.
• Agile Project Governance: Work actively within Agile/Scrum lifecycles, leading development reviews, organizing platform documentation matrices, and minimizing post-implementation software execution risks.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 5 to 12 years of robust total IT industry track record, incorporating a minimum of 3 years of dedicated practical platform execution in implementing Veeva Vault or CRM solutions for Life Sciences accounts.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Comprehensive operational mastery of the Veeva software suite architecture, data mapping principles, web service integrations, and relational tracking databases.
• Core Soft Skills: Outstanding logical thinking properties, sharp analytical problem-solving capabilities under ambiguity, clear cross-functional communication, and strong multi-stakeholder relationship alignment.
